I have done this excursion on various occasions and hope to do it many more times! The view from the lake is absolutely breath-taking, the clear beautiful water with the alps in the background. The crew/captain are extremely friendly and flexible, and easy to communicate with regarding everything including pickup/drop off. I can't think of a better day than to spend it on the water with a glass of champagne, and a dip in the lake. I highly recommend this experience to anyone, whether it's a ladies day out, a family outing or a company team off-site.
Launch ran a birthday party for my 13 year old son and eight of his friends. All of them said it was the best and coolest party they had ever been invited to. The boys spent three and a half hours on the boat on Lake Zug, cruising, swimming, tubing and wakeboarding. It was a fun, friendly and relaxed atmosphere in which all the boys could try out the activities no matter their level of experience. The communication from Launch was fantastic, from having a reserve date in case the weather was bad (which we ended up using) and helping out with suggestions for meeting points, timings and even the best restaurants to have lunch. I would highly recommend them and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.
